IMPORTANT
As these updates will overwrite your existing software, please make backups of any customizations/modifications that you have made prior to running this update so that they can be reinstalled.
INSTRUCTIONS
Click on the file to download and then save the file to your computer; double click on the file and follow the instructions. If you previously installed the software in other than the c:\semp folder, you will need to change the unzip to the appropriate directory when you Run the file.

SUMMIT DATA COLLECTOR
The Summit Data Collector is a free-of-charge product that enables you to build an event database without owning a retail copy of Summit. All the information entered into the Summit Data Collector can be imported into Summit Event Manager - Pro at the click of a button.
The Summit Event Data Collector is designed for clients of professional conference and event organizers who use Summit. They can build the database of people you are targeting for an event in a format that you know the event organizer can use, then import the information into your event file with the click of a button.
With the Summit Data Collector you can:
- Enter any number of people into an event database
- Determine, setup and record the user-defined fields and profiles
- Import name and address details from Microsoft Excel, text files and other Microsoft Access databases
- Check for and eliminate duplicate records
- Collect extra information such as accompanying person details, special dietary requirements, passport details, spoken language etc.
- Collect planned participation - potential delegate, speaker, sponsor, exhibitor, advertiser and other.
SUMMIT VIEWERS
The Summit Event and the Summit Central Viewers are free-of-charge utilities that you can use to open, view and create reports created using Summit Event Manager - Pro or Summit Central.
With the Summit Viewers you can:
- Open event files of any size
- See all information about people on the database but not modify it
- Produce all standard reports
- Produce user-defined Reporter listings.

Express ClickYes Express ClickYes is a small free program that (when activated) assists in the timely distribution of bulk e-mails. The Microsoft Outlook E-mail Security requires that all e-mail messages generated from third party software programs (i.e. Summit) be manually approved prior to being sent. Win2PDF Version 3.25 Win2PDF contains the PDF E-mail Overlay and enables Summit Central and Summit Event Manager - Pro to create PDF files of all correspondence (confirmation letters, invoices etc...) both individually and in bulk for electronic delivery. One licence is included with the initial purchase of the PDF Email Overlay however additional licences can be purchased by contacting us. You may use an evaluation version of the Win2PDF software however until it is purchased and the software registered, an extra page will be added to each converted report/letter which will state that you are using an evaluation version and Win2PDF advertising. Purchasing a licence and registering the software removes this.
