When you purchase any Summit Software product, we provide free support via email, phone or fax (from 1 month to 3 months depending on the product). Once your free support period is up, you can purchase a support plan that suits your requirements - either on a per-query basis or a support package. Prices are available on request from MeetingReady Solutions.
Live Meeting Support
Take advantage of a free live software demonstration or customer support via Microsoft Live Meeting. Live Meeting is a hosted Web conferencing service that will allow you to view the Summit Suite of Software (which resides on our Desktops) via the Internet. One of our staff members will be happy to show you the software features or assist with support queries.

Training
On-site training - we come to you! One of our qualified trainers will come to your office and help you set up your very first event using Summit. Our customized programs have no minimum number of users who can be trained. Prices are available upon request.
We will use your next event's brochure and/or registration form to walk you through how to create a database, enter and register delegates, presenters, etc...and show you how to produce all the reports and letters you require for effective communication with your attendees and your client. At the conclusion of the training session you and your staff will be off to a "Flying Start"!
Advanced One-on-One Training
